Access is granted, not bought
Connect Hub is invitation-based. Accounts are created by the Connect Hub team or through an invitation link, and access can be suspended if an account is used in a way that harms the people in the network.
Keep your information honest
Everything on your profile should be something you could defend in a conversation. Profiles found to contain invented experience or qualifications are removed from the network.
How recruiters may use the network
Profiles may be used to evaluate candidates for real roles. They may not be exported in bulk, resold, added to third-party databases, or used for marketing unrelated to hiring.
The data belongs to the person
Professionals control their own profile and can withdraw consent or request deletion at any time. When they do, recruiters lose access to the profile immediately.
No guarantee of a hire
Connect Hub connects people. Match scores are recommendations to help you look in the right place — they are not an assessment of anyone's ability, and no outcome is guaranteed.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that affects how your data is used, everyone in the network is asked to review and accept the new version before continuing.
