What we store
Your name, contact details, location and timezone, professional history, skills, languages, education, certificates, work preferences, the links and files you upload, and the badges the Connect Hub team assigns to your profile.
Why we collect it
So that authorised recruiters can find you for roles that actually match your experience, and so the Connect Hub team can recommend you when a company describes a role you fit.
Who can see it
The Connect Hub team, and recruiters from companies we have approved. Your profile is not public, is not indexed by search engines, and is never sold.
What recruiters see
Your professional profile — experience, skills, badges, languages, availability. Your email and phone number stay hidden until you accept an introduction.
Changing your information
You can edit any part of your profile at any time from the profile editor. Changes go live as soon as you save them.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent whenever you like. Your profile leaves search immediately and recruiters stop seeing it. Nothing else is deleted until you ask.
Deleting your profile
You can request full deletion from Consent and privacy. We remove your profile and personal data, keeping only the minimal records we are legally required to hold.
Files you upload
Your résumé and certificates are stored so recruiters and reviewers can open them. They are shared under the same rules as the rest of your profile and are deleted with it.
